Conveyancing Solicitor

Reed Legal are excited to be recruiting a Conveyancing Solicitor on the behalf of a friendly, flexible Legal Practice based near Romford.

Daily role…

• Advise clients on the property buying and selling process.
• Research who legally owns land and property.
• Conduct searches with local authorities for things that might affect a sale.
• Draft sale contracts.
• Talk to mortgage lenders, estate agents and solicitors.
• Check financial records.
• Examine property titles.

Experienced required…

• Must be a qualified Solicitor and have experience within Residential Conveyancing

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience

Location: near Romford

Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday
