• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver high-quality legal advice tailored to client needs.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, maintaining high standards of legal practice.

• Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
