Job Description - Conveyancing Solicitor

Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Bolton / Hybrid
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Are you a qualified Residential Property Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE, ready to take the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and forward-thinking firm known for its commitment to both professional development and client service excellence.

The Role:
As part of the growing Residential Property team, you will:

Handle a broad caseload of residential transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
Deliver clear, practical advice to clients and intermediaries, maintaining a high standard of service throughout.
Draft, prepare, and review legal documentation, keeping clients informed at every stage of their transaction.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance client service and identify cross-referral opportunities.
Play an active role in marketing and business development, helping to grow the firm’s client base.
Use the firm’s case management system effectively to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
Confident in managing a busy, varied caseload independently.
Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills.
A meticulous approach, with strong attention to detail and client care.
Commercially aware, with a team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for developing client relationships.
