Our client a growing regional law firm with multiple offices, focusing on legal services for individuals. Due to an increased workload and recent acquisitions, our client is looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to lead conveyancing work in our Coventry office.

The Role:
This role is ideal for an Experienced Conveyancer who’s confident handling residential files from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
• Act as the main fee earner at the Coventry office
• Deliver excellent client care in a on the phone, by email and face-to-face
• Work collaboratively with a small local team

About You:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience managing residential conveyancing files independently
• Qualifications: Open to:
  
  • Solicitors
  • Chartered Legal Executives
  • Licensed Conveyancers
  • Experienced unqualified fee earners
  • Able to work autonomously with confidence
  • Personable, approachable and well-organised
  • Suited to a friendly, client-focused, business casual environment
