• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently

• Conducting all necessary searches and preparing detailed reports

• Providing excellent client care and clear communication throughout

• Liaising effectively with estate agents, lenders, and other third parties

• Ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Profile

• A solicitor from newly qualified upwards

• Experienced in handling purchases, sales, remortgages, and title transfers

• Skilled in managing multiple transactions efficiently and accurately

• Confident in advising clients and maintaining professional relationships

• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
