A legal company in East London are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their dynamic and growing team.

Conveyancing Solicitor Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of conveyancing cases from inception to completion
Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on conveyancing matters
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders

Conveyancing Solicitor Specification

Qualified Solicitor with a current practicing certificate
Experience in residential/commercial conveyancing
Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
