Conveyancing Solicitor

We are working with an established London law firm seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its property team.

This is a varied position requiring experience across both residential and commercial property matters, making it particularly suitable for a solicitor looking to maintain a broad property caseload.

The Role

* Residential sales and purchases

* Freehold and leasehold transactions

* Remortgages

* Transfers of equity

* New-build transactions where applicable

* Commercial property sales and acquisitions

* Commercial leases

* Landlord and tenant property matters

* Reviewing and drafting property documentation

* Conducting title investigations and searches

* Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other solicitors

* Managing transactions through exchange and completion

Requirements

* Qualified Solicitor admitted to practise in England & Wales

* Current SRA practising certificate

* Approximately 2-3 years' PQE

* Strong conveyancing/property experience

* Experience across both residential and commercial property

* Ability to independently manage transactions from instruction through to completion

* Strong knowledge of relevant property law and conveyancing procedures

* Excellent client-care and communication skills

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
