Job Description - Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join our well-established Property department within a modern and growing legal firm.

Responsibilities:
Handling residential and commercial transactions, including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, lease assignments, surrenders and grants of new leases.
Advising and liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties.
Conducting and reviewing searches, drafting and reviewing legal documents including leases, contracts, transfers and mortgage deeds.
Reporting to mortgage lenders.
Carrying out legal research and keeping up-to-date with all changes in property law and protocol.

Requirements
Qualified solicitor/conveyancer.
In depth knowledge of conveyancing law and practical procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a caseload effectively, independently and to meet deadlines.
A commitment to client care and maintaining client relationships.
An enthusiastic attitude towards work and a willingness to continuously keep up to date with changes.
