Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner - NQ - 2 PQE

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded property team at a respected law firm in Leeds. This firm has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional residential conveyancing services across the region and continues to go from strength to strength.

The Residential Property department is known for its friendly, supportive culture and its commitment to providing a high-quality, client-focused service. Led by an experienced and approachable Partner, the team is busy with a steady stream of quality work and now seeks to expand further by welcoming an NQ solicitor.

This role is ideal for someone who has completed a training contract with a strong focus on residential conveyancing or who has gained at least one year of solid conveyancing experience during their training. You’ll be confident handling a residential caseload with minimal supervision and enjoy regular client contact. Matters will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.
