Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team in Cheshire The successful candidate will handle a variety of general conveyancing matters, managing both medium volume and medium value transactions. Administrative assistance will be provided to ensure the smooth handling of cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.
• Providing expert legal advice and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing law.
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality service.

Requirements:

• Qualified Conveyancer or Solicitor with experience in conveyancing.
• Strong client care skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive approach to professional development and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
