Southampton - Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Hybrid Working

A respected and well-established regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Lawyer to join its friendly team based in Southampton.

The Role:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.

• Providing high levels of client care and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and other third parties.

• Working collaboratively within a supportive and approachable team environment.

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with solid residential conveyancing experience.

• Strong technical skills with a proactive and commercial approach to file management.

• Confident handling transactions independently, with supervision available as needed.

Package & Benefits:

• Salary up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)

• Bonus scheme up to £12,000 per annum
