Job Opportunity: Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne - Central Newcastle

Looking to take your career to the next level ? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join a leading firm’s well-established, friendly team. With a varied caseload and direct client contact, this is an exciting role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage your own high-quality residential property workload.
- Support the team’s property partner across various property matters.
- Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, from sales and purchases to remortgages, new builds, and development schemes.
- Work on freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.
- Provide exceptional client care and ensure efficient case management.
- Get involved in business development activities within the team and firm.

Key Skills & Experience:

- At least 2 years fee earning experience (or equivalent experience as a Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive).
- Strong experience in property sales, purchases, and leasehold/freehold matters.
- Ability to manage a large caseload independently while working collaboratively.
- Excellent organisational and client care skills.
