Duties

• Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
• Providing consistent updates to clients and dealing with any queries they might raise
• Ensuring compliance with the firms internal policies, procedures and controls
• Complying with ML Regulations and all other relevant rules, regulations and legislation
• Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
• Supporting the team by assisting with fee earning work undertaken by colleagues in the event of absence etc.
• Engaging in training provided and arranged by the firm.
• Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions

You

• You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• You must be qualified
• Strong client relationship skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Accurate and efficient working
• Enthusiasm for the industry
• Proactive and self-motivated
