Job Description - Conveyancing Team Leader

Conveyancing Team Manager – Central London | Hybrid | Up to £65,000 + Bonus

A leading, forward-thinking conveyancing business is seeking a Conveyancing Team Manager to lead, support and develop a team of Property Lawyers based in central London.

The Role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring smooth operations, high performance, and a positive working culture. This role suits someone who enjoys coaching, driving change, and leading by example in a collaborative and professional environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading, coaching, and developing a team of conveyancers.
Sharing expert legal knowledge to guide best practices.
Managing workloads, performance, and quality standards.
Handling escalations and building strong relationships with clients and third parties.
Supporting compliance, operational efficiency, and training needs.
Playing a key role in recruitment, PDPs, and regular team reviews.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in residential conveyancing.
Proven background in people management.
Passion for mentoring, team development, and process improvement.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
