Conveyancing Team Manager

Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for a management role without the caseload!?!?

My client is looking to recruit due to exceptional and sustained growth, an experienced Conveyancing Team Manager (x2) to join their highly successful Conveyancing Team, based in their modern Central London offices on a full-time basis with flexible home working as an option subject to work requirements.

They specialise in a number of different practice areas and have grown substantially over the years to become one of the leading providers of legal services to the property market. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and successful Conveyancing team and work alongside highly experienced Solicitors, who are experts in their field.
This role would suit an experienced Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor who is looking for a leadership role where they can focus on their team without having to simultaneously deal with a heavy caseload.

The Role

You’ll oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring the smooth running of all operations, and look after all people issues. You’ll be a role model who motivates and develops individual team members and fosters a supportive, inclusive, and positive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Apply and disseminate expert legal knowledge
• Drive and embed change initiatives
• Manage team performance and productivity
• Foster strong internal and external relationships
• Ensure operational compliance and efficiency
• Oversee comprehensive team development.

What you’ll need

• Previous Conveyancing experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team, ideally within a law firm
• A passion for training, coaching and mentoring.
• The drive and energy to develop and motivate a high-performing team.
