My client, a rapidly expanding B2C nutrition/wellness company with headquarters in London, Berlin and Madrid is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to join their senior leadership team. With Series B funding secured, they are on a mission to empower healthier, happier lives through a personalized approach to wellness.

Role Details: As the COO, you will have full ownership of the operational strategy and execution, playing a crucial role in driving the company's growth and efficiency. Your leadership will be essential in scaling operations to support the company's ambitious goals for 2024/2025 and beyond.
Key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily operations and ensuring operational excellence across all functions. Collaborating with the CEO and other C-leaders to develop and implement strategic plans. Driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives across the organisation. Leading and mentoring a diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Ensuring alignment and synergy between different departments to achieve company objectives. Managing budgets, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
Who is our client looking for? Must have: Proven track record of success in a senior operational leadership role within B2C environments (B2B may be considered) 10+ years of experience in operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in operating at a company with significant revenue, ideally £50 million or more. Experience in scaling companies through Series C funding and/or leading a company through a successful exit. Experience in acquisitions and mergers, driving successful integrations. Strong background in strategic planning, process improvement, and team management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
