Cook / Food Assistant / Junior Chef. A St Judes, Bristol based roller disco is looking for a Cook / Food Assistant / Junior Chef to run the kitchen / food service Wednesday to Sunday. The hours of work are Wednesday 16:00-22:30, Thursday 15:00-22:30, Friday 15:00-23:30, Saturday 10:00-23:30, Sunday 11:00-18:00.

The food service is in a catering van and sells burgers, chicken wings, hot dogs, chips, loaded fries, children's party meals and more, and can experience high demand / busy periods. The Cook / Food Assistant / Junior Chef will prepare and cook the food, serve customers, clean the kitchen, take money and all other duties from start to finish. The Cook / Food Assistant / Junior Chef will be well organised and work well under pressure.

The Cook / Food Assistant / Junior Chef role requires someone with cooking experience, ideally in a similar setting / environment
