You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations. Cooking and presenting food to a high standard Menu & product development The ideal Chef would: Be passionate Have a good eye for detail Flexible and reliable Have full knowledge of how to use the IDDSI Framework to thicken liquids and determine food textures, as well as providing a wealth of information about recognising dysphagia, enhancing the mealtime environment, and following safe swallow recommendations
