The role

We’re looking for a Copywriter who is obsessed with ideas first and words second (but also very, very good with words). Someone who can take an insight, crack a simple, powerful concept, and articulate it with clarity, wit, and confidence.

You’ll work as one half of a conceptual creative team with an Art Director, shaping ideas that live far beyond a single execution or platform.

What you’ll be doing

  Coming up with smart, original ideas that solve real problems

  Turning insights into clear, compelling concepts that travel across platforms

  Writing across all formats — film scripts, social, digital, print, headlines, long-form, experiential, and more

  Defining tone of voice and shaping how ideas sound and feel

  
  


• 
  

  Partnering closely with your Art Director to develop ideas together, from day one

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborating with strategy, account, production, and other creatives

  
  


• 
  

  Presenting ideas clearly, confidently, and with conviction

  
  


• 
  

  Constantly pushing the work to be sharper, braver, and better

  
  

What we’re looking for

  A conceptual portfolio packed with strong ideas (not just lines)

  Excellent writing craft, from punchy headlines to longer-form storytelling

  
  


• 
  

  Taste, opinions, curiosity, and a strong point of view

  
  


• 
  

  Comfort with ambiguity and imperfect briefs

  
  


• 
  

  Able to write a killer manifesto and articulate ideas simply and persuasively

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborative, generous, and low-ego

  Agency experience is a plus — outstanding work is the real requirement
