Copywriting and Publications Lead

Location: nr Caistor
Salary: circa £40,000pa

Are you a seasoned copywriter with a flair for storytelling and a sharp eye for detail? We’re seeking an experienced Copywriting and Publications Lead. You will lead on everything from newsletters and reports to case studies and campaign messaging—balancing the precision of long-form editorial with the punch of short-form copy. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver consistent, on-brand content that informs and engages.

Responsibilities:

• Create content for a variety of platforms, including product descriptions, internal comms, and website text
• Develop talking points and messaging frameworks
• Ensure the tone is consistent across multiple brands and sites
• Work closely with other teams within the business
• Lead the planning and production of content
• Review content from colleagues and external sources
• Draft press releases and media materials
• Work with internal teams and external partners to produce case studies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Comfortable working across both B2B and B2C
• Experience in both short and long-form writing
• Experience developing a brand tone
• Comfortable using marketing tools, including Google Docs, Trello, Notion ect

• Christmas site closure
• Hybrid working after probation (6 months)
• Up to 30 days of holidays
