A top 20 international law firm is seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Associate (4+ PQE) to join their expanding London team. The corporate team regularly acts on complex, multijurisdictional transactions and has carved out a distinctive reputation in sectors including technology, financial services, real estate, and healthcare. The firm is increasingly active in emerging areas such as cryptocurrency, blockchain, and NFTs, and is recognised for its strong track record in both domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, capital markets work, and corporate reorganisations. Working alongside market-leading partners, you will be involved in a broad variety of corporate mandates ranging from public and private M&A and equity capital markets transactions to private equity, venture capital, and strategic investments. The team is particularly adept at guiding clients through deals with complex regulatory or international dimensions, including clients based in Europe, the US, and other global financial hubs.

The Ideal Candidate
Have 4+ years’ PQE in corporate law at a recognised UK or international firm.
Have experience advising on private M&A, joint ventures, and/or equity capital markets transactions.
Demonstrate an international mindset, with the ability to manage cross-border issues effectively.
Be comfortable interacting directly with clients and managing deal processes.
Foreign language skills and/or experience advising clients in emerging markets would be an asset but are not required.
