As a Corporate Account Handler, you’ll become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of key clients, supporting them with expert broking and technical guidance across a wide range of commercial insurance products. You’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team that values professionalism, high standards, and a bit of personality too.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide technical support to clients, delivering accurate and timely responses to queries.
• Handle new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments across a range of commercial insurance policies.
• Ensure all client documentation is accurate and completed within agreed timescales.
• Maintain a client-first approach, ensuring an outstanding level of service at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience within commercial insurance broking, ideally with exposure to larger, corporate risks. But we will also look at commercial experience!
• Confident technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial products.
• Someone who’s commercially savvy, client-focused, and always two steps ahead.
• Strong communication skills - you know how to listen, advise, and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail - you’re organised and on top of your game.
