Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Administrator role in Preston to join a well established UK Independent Financial Advice firm. My client is a leading UK wealth management, private and corporate client financial advice firm. They are looking for someone who is experienced in a corporate sales support role in financial services supporting corporate financial advisers dealing with employee benefits, Group pensions and Group risk products. 

The key function of the role is to proactively deliver an efficient, technical administration support service to the Corporate Advisers, alongside the provision of an excellent service to their corporate clients in accordance with FCA guidelines, internal policy and procedure and company service standards.

Skills and experience required:

  • Full CFP or FPC
  • Good IT skills covering Outlook, Word, Excel and back office systems
  • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements & TCF
  • Excellent knowledge of operational process and procedures and company service standards
  • 2 years experience within a corporate sales support role within financial services
  • An excellent knowledge of Group Risk schemes
  • Experience of Auto Enrolment
  • Good knowledge and technical awareness of Employee benefit products (i.e. GPP, GDIS, GIP, GPMI Group Travel & Dental, GCIC)
  • A proven commitment to delivering excellent working practices and client service
  • Sound rebroke knowledge and experience
