Corporate & Commercial Solicitor

Service Care Legal are recruiting for an established law firm in North London who are seeking a talented and ambitious Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (3–6 years PQE) to join an expanding Commercial department. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a varied caseload and work alongside an experienced and collaborative team.

Role: Corporate & Commercial Solicitor
PQE: 3–6 years
Location: North London
Salary: £50,000–£80,000 (DOE & interview performance)

The Role You will play a key role in our transactional team, advising a diverse client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, lenders, developers, housing associations, and high-net-worth individuals.

Your caseload will include:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial property development
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Asset management
• Banking and finance agreements
• Business and asset sales and purchases
• Corporate restructuring and insolvency

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role
• Demonstrate an ability to manage files independently and as part of a team
• Be commercially aware and proactive in supporting clients’ business needs
• Show an interest in mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team development
• Have a natural flair for networking and business development (previous experience advantageous)
