?? What You’ll Do:

• Advise Large corporate firms, SMEs, startups, and local businesses on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, shareholder agreements, and business sale/purchase documents
• Support in all areas of Corporate and commercial needs of our clients, from IP to employment, Insolvency to settlements.
• Support clients through business structuring, compliance, and commercial strategy
• Play a key role in business development and shaping the future of our firm
