Reed Legal is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a progressive solicitor practice based in Liverpool, seeking a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their dynamic team.

As part of the Corporate & Commercial team, you will handle a broad and stimulating caseload, including:

• Advising on M&A transactions, including share and asset purchases
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, agency, and service agreements
• Supporting clients with corporate governance, shareholder agreements, and articles of association
• Advising on joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic alliances
• Handling company restructures, demergers, and reorganisations
• Providing legal support on private equity and investment transactions
• Assisting with business start-ups, including incorporation and structuring
• Advising on intellectual property and data protection issues within commercial contracts
• Liaising with clients ranging from SMEs to larger corporates across various sectors

• A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercially astute with excellent client-facing abilities
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a desire to contribute to a relaxed but high-performing culture
