A highly regarded law firm in York is seeking a talented Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join its thriving team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with 2-6 years’ experience in a reputable firm to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

This position offers exposure to a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters, including:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including distribution and agency agreements
• Advising on terms and conditions for goods and services
• Providing guidance on data protection and privacy laws
• Handling mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions
• Advising on financing, loan documentation and corporate structures
• Drafting and negotiating partnership and LLP agreements

The firm is seeking a Solicitor who:
