Corporate and M&A Associate Partner

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Corporate and M&A Associate Partner to join a fast-growing National Tax Practice at Associate Partner level. As a key member of the Corporate & International and Transactions Team, you will gain access to interesting and high-profile Mid-Market clients as well as being part of a vibrant and creative culture. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the largest Independent Tax Consultancies in the UK, in a Senior Transactions Tax role.

You could be located in proximity to any of the following offices - Birmingham, Nottingham, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, London or Glasgow. We encourage hybrid working, and a sensible work/life balance. Flexible and/or Part-time working may also be considered.

As Corporate and M&A Associate Partner, you will advise on both the buy and sell side of a variety of deals, with involvement in UK, and international transactions, across a range of sectors. The role would suit a Senior Transactions Tax Manager looking for that next step, or a Tax Director/Associate Partner seeking a fresh challenge.

We’re looking for a Corporate and M&A Associate Partner with:

• Extensive experience, working in practice, with strong exposure to Tax Advisory projects relating to M&A transactions
• CTA/ACA qualification desired
• Exposure to M&A restructuring, Tax DD, Shareholder Reorgs and Demergers
• Strong knowledge of international taxation
