I am looking to speak to skilled Corporate Lawyers in Aberdeen, between 2 and 6 Years' PQE, to discuss a leading opportunity with a prestigious Legal500 international firm.

This role offers a unique chance to work on the highest-quality Corporate matters with a particular focus on Energy transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of Corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital investments, reorganisations, corporate governance and advisory work
• Work on both UK-wide and international projects, while also delivering top-tier Scottish-based services
• Provide guidance and support to trainees and junior team members, helping them develop their careers

Requirements:

• 2 - 6 years' PQE in Corporate law (preferably at a National/International firm)
• Proven experience in M&A, joint ventures, private equity and related areas
• Strong communication and leadership skills
