Our client, a reputable Legal 100 law firm, has exciting plans for its Weybridge office. With a firm strategy for growth and a strong leadership team, it is entering an exciting new phase. Due to a continued increase in revenue, it is now seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its expanding department.

About the Role:

The existing client base spans a wide range of sectors, including FTSE 250 businesses, offering great quality work. As a Corporate Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling transactional matters
• Advising on top-quality work
• Enjoying high levels of autonomy

Matters you will handle include:

• Corporate and tax restructuring
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Private equity
• Shareholder arrangements
• Strategic corporate projects
• High-growth and technology businesses
• Venture and growth capital

What We’re Looking For:

You will:

• Have 1+ years of PQE
• Possess an excellent understanding of Corporate law
• Ideally come from a similar firm
