NEW – SME Corporate Associate – Central London

This is a terrific opportunity for a corporate associate to work alongside a lead partner at this established West End firm.

We are accepting applications from candidates with the following:

• 5-8 years' PQE (guideline)
• London SME corporate experience
• Acquisitions and disposals, MBO/MBI, JV, SPA among others
• Cross border experience will be advantageous, but not essential

You can expect:

• A hands on, client facing role
• To work with minimum supervision
• Exposure to high value work including PE investment
• To work with an excellent team
