You’ll be advising a broad mix of clients, from exciting start-ups to major corporations, on high-value and complex transactions. Expect to get hands-on with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, buy-outs, restructuring, and private equity/venture capital investments. You’ll be working closely with experienced partners, gaining exposure to top-quality work in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

I'm looking to speak with solicitors with at least 3 years' PQE in a corporate team at a City or national firm. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage due diligence and disclosure processes with sound judgement are key. If you’re proactive, adaptable, and thrive under pressure, you’ll fit right in. A genuine interest in business development and growing the team is also a big plus.
