Oculus Legal Group, working in close partnership with our well-regarded award-winning legal client, is assisting with the appointment of an Associate into our client’s dynamic corporate team. Given the setup of the team, this appointment can be based in either their Edinburgh or Glasgow offices and is offered on a hybrid working pattern.

Appointment Summary
As a Corporate Associate, you will be involved in a wide range of corporate work, including:
Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring projects in addition to managing investments and partnerships.
Carrying our project work related to company setup, compliance and being a key advisor to clients assisting in the negotiation of commercial related activities.
Working alongside IPTC colleagues to provide technical support across client work pertaining to Data Protection matters.
Required Experience
Ideally you will have experience in managing M&A, restructuring, and investment projects
Experience in Corporate with circa 3-6 year' PQE with a strong passion for undertaking complex, varied and interesting corporate related work.
Demonstrate a strong client-focused approach, working with the team to continue to build out the practice groups profile in the market and to build out your own profile.
Have experience of working across a diverse client base of blue chip clients and SME’s across the UK.
