We’re excited to be working with a vibrant, fast-growing brand (one you’ll definitely have heard of!) to recruit for a Business Development Manager - as part of the company’s impressive expansion plans. Joining as a pivotal member of an already established and passionate team, you will be hands-on in helping to shape the company’s proposition and develop strong partnerships to ultimately drive revenue.

They work with some seriously big-name clients already, and they’re just getting started. This role gives you the space to own your pipeline, define your sales approach, and drive commercial success—while being apart of something major. It’s a truly end-to-end sales role and is the perfect position for someone who thrives in achieving results!

Your day-to-day:

  • Creating innovative pitches which grab attention and instigate conversations
  • Ongoing pipeline management to bring clients to fruition
  • Identification of key clients across a broad portfolio including EComm, Travel, FMCG, Financial Services, Utilities, Automotive and more
  • Navigating complex processes for higher value deals and collaborations
  • Growth of client portfolio - recognising additional opportunities
  • Owning your revenue and profit targets—with the rewards to match
  • Travelling to client meetings and attending events across the UK
  • Keeping everything on track with internal CRM

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in B2B sales—ideally in retail, off-trade, incentives, or product-based sectors
  • Strong communicator with a commercial brain and consultative sales style
  • Confidence in developing pricing strategies and negotiating deals
  • Tenacity, creativity, and a hunger to smash targets
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and ideally Salesforce experience (training provided)
