Corporate Client Director

We're hiring a Corporate Client Director to join a growing, high-performing team in Surrey. You'll service a portfolio of existing clients and be given the space and support to build your own book.

You'll be part of an ambitious, independent group where client satisfaction is high, talent is nurtured, and success is shared.

You'll take over a warm £250-300k income book of Corporate clients (typical premiums £25k-£300k) with a clear plan in place to grow it to £500k over 3-5 years.

This business blends independent thinking with the backing of a wider group, meaning you'll have freedom to manage your clients your way, while still being supported by a collaborative team.

You'll bring:

• Strong experience in commercial/corporate insurance
• Confidence managing client relationships from start to finish
• A proactive, growth-focused mindset
• Familiarity with Acturis or similar systems
• Cert CII essential, Dip CII a bonus
