Applications are invited from associate or senior associate level Corporate Commercial  solicitors with ideally upwards of 5 years PQE. You will be able to work without supervision and pick up a high quality privately funded caseload which includes : 

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Investment agreements
• Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
• Corporate reorganisations
• EMI options and share schemes
• LLPs and partnerships
• Commercial contracts
• Due diligence

The Corporate and Commercial team mainly act for owner managed businesses and corporate transactions range in value from £500K to £25m.  About 20% of our work is advising on commercial contracts which also have a wide range in value, subject to matter and complexity.

You should have demonstrable knowledge of corporate law, including agreements, articles of association, LLP's and partnerships and preferably knowledge and experience of advising on commercial contracts for the supply of goods and services etc and be able to draft, review and negotiate on a broad range of transactional, corporate and commercial documents on behalf of clients

You will be open to providing gentle supervision to colleagues in the team and open to participating in gentle business development.
