• This impressive team provides a full spectrum of legal services to a diverse and dynamic client base, including start-ups, owner-managed businesses, PLCs, partnerships, local authorities, charities, and high-net-worth individuals.
• This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality matters with a collaborative and supportive team.
• Applications are sought from Corporate & Commercial Solicitors with between 1-4 Years PQE with broad corporate and commercial experience.
• You will be responsible for your own caseload whilst supporting more senior members of the team with more complex matters.
• Your caseload will include company formation, memorandum & articles of association, sale and purchase of companies and businesses, management buy-outs/buy-ins and venture capital investments, corporate restructuring and reorganization and shareholder and partnership agreements & dissolutions.
• You will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• You will be a driven, determined and ambitious individual looking to excel within this highly regarded firm.
