CORPORATE COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR:
Due to this firm's continued expansion they are now seeking an additional Corporate Commercial Solicitor. Work will include a wide range of transactions including M&As, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, shareholders agreements etc. Are you looking for a wide variety of work?
