My client is seeking a junior Corporate & Commercial Solicitor who is looking to take a step up in their career by joining a leading Dorset law firm.

This forward-thinking, leading Legal 500- recognised law firm based in Poole has a proven track record of success and is looking for a Solicitor in its Corporate & Commercial team in this key placement. This firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. 

You will handle a high-quality general commercial caseload, including company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation (covering all types of contracts, including Terms & Conditions of Sale/Purchase, Supply/Distribution/Agency/Franchise agreements), private equity and investment documentation, and other corporate finance-related transactions.

Your role as a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor will involve: 
• Handling own busy caseload (with the support of the team)
• Exposure to a wide range of clients based in the local area, as well as nationally
• Being active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
