An established law firm in Hampshire is seeking to appoint a Corporate & Commercial Associate Solicitor to join its busy department. This is a pivotal role, requiring a solicitor with 3+ years of post-qualification experience who can manage their own caseload without supervision and have strong technical knowledge.

The role is a succession planning role due to a forthcoming retirement in the Summer of 2025.

As a Senior Corporate & Commercial Solicitor in this successful team, you will have the opportunity to engage in business development to build your own caseload. You must possess detailed knowledge and technical expertise in a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, company and business sales, company restructures, joint ventures, intellectual property, refinancing, and cross-border transactions.

The firm offers comprehensive corporate and commercial services to a diverse range of clients, including new business start-ups, SMEs, large national organisations and charitable organisations.
