A fantastic opportunity for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor has opened up with one of Yorkshire’s top L500 law firms, based at its Huddersfield office.

This role presents an excellent chance for you if you’re eager to advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment, handling a diverse range of cases.

As part of this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on transactions of all sizes, assisting both local & national owner-managed businesses and SMEs, ranging from start-ups to established enterprises.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Share sales
• Asset sales
• Acquisitions and mergers
• Shareholder and investment agreements

Additionally, you will be involved in business development and marketing activities, helping to enhance the firm’s reputation while building your own professional network.

You will be a self-motivated team player who is adaptable to working with a diverse client base and you will be able to provide clear, commercially focused advice.

As a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, you will have approximately 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Applications from newly qualified Solicitors who have completed a corporate or corporate & commercial seat as part of their training contract will also be considered.
