Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 2+ years’ PQE, York, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm. JOB REF: 9918

• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, commercial agreements and a full range of corporate transactions.
• You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload as well as assisting senior solicitors on more complex transactions.
• You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment.
• You will also be encouraged to play an active role in business development initiatives.
