A well-respected corporate and commercial law practice in Tamworth is seeking a talented Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities

You will handle a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including:

• Company formation, memorandum & articles of association
• Sale and purchase of companies and businesses
• Management buy-outs and buy-ins
• Venture capital investments
• Corporate restructuring and reorganisation
• Shareholder and partnership agreements & dissolutions

About You

• 1–4 years’ PQE as a Corporate Solicitor or Commercial Solicitor
• Broad corporate and commercial experience
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
