Job Description Corporate Commercial Solicitor opportunity (1-5 PQE) in Oxfordshire, working directly with the firm's Corporate Commercial Partner, offering great exposure to high quality work.

The Firm

Our client is a small provincial law firm that has been practising in Oxfordshire for over 20 years.

The firm service clients locally and nationwide across a range of sectors. Their specialisms include real estate (both commercial and residential), corporate commercial, and litigation. Their clients include HNW individuals, SMEs and well-known brands.

The firm's collegiate and supportive culture make it a really great place to work. Their lawyers service some very impressive clients on complex, high value matters, and are able to have fun along the way. This opportunity is therefore suited to someone who values in-office working and being part of a close-knit team of lawyers who place importance on providing a personal service to every client they work with.

The Opportunity

Due to growth, the firm are looking to welcome on board a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, who will work directly with one of the founding Partners on a broad range of work, to include:

Advising on franchise agreements, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and IT contracts;
Share and asset sales/purchases from heads of terms to completion;
Joint ventures/shareholders agreements;

The transactions are often high in value (more so than expected of a smaller firm), and there will be the opportunity to develop areas of the practice under the guidance of the Partner.

This role would be especially suited to someone who enjoys close contact with clients and is interested in building and developing client relationships.

The position is office based with flexibility, where needed.

Required

1-5 years' PQE in corporate commercial law
A willingness to work as part of a close-knit team in an office
