Your role within the team:
As H&H Group’s Corporate Communications Designer, you will provide creative design services to the Global Communications team and other Group functions such as Global Marketing and Sustainability. Reporting into the Global PR & Communications Manager, you are passionate about graphics and design with a strong creative mindset and ability to bring to life the H&H brand in an innovative, engaging and informative way. The purpose of the Global Communications Team is to inform and engage our external and internal target audiences: team members, media & investors.
Key Responsibilities:
You will develop and create strong visual communications materials which align with H&H’s corporate brand messaging to improve employer branding and elevate the company’s reputation amongst its various stakeholders Experienced in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and MS PowerPoint. Basic video editing and knowledge of stop motion are preferable End-to-end management of the creative process – from taking a brief and coming up with a concept to the final artwork Ability to manage multiple briefs from various stakeholders within the business in a timely manner Developing key visuals for our core communications earned and owned channels which include LinkedIn, WeCom and Email (stills and video) with a focus on corporate communications Concepting presentation designs for our financial results announcements to think about the best design for our investors and stakeholders. How to bring to life our messaging and data in an engaging and informative way using tools such as PowerPoint and the Adobe Suite Owning the H&H Group Brand Assets, ensuring they remain up-to-date and regularly updated Managing the concept and design of internal communications materials such as monthly, bimonthly and quarterly newsletters, e-invites and EDMs Working with the sustainability team to create concepts and designs to promote the Group’s ESG initiatives including managing the design of the annual ESG report Create compelling content and graphics for the global LinkedIn channel to drive brand engagement and positive sentiment for H&H Passionate about the creative process and the ability to spot the opportunity to create compelling visual content that is developed to suit each target audience. This will mean being able to adapt designs to reflect the brand's voice
Desired Skills and Experience:
To make sure we are setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:
5+ years in a graphic design role, either at an agency or in-house Experience working with health and wellness brands is preferable but not essential English native speaker Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills High level of emotional intelligence Strong ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines Proactive and highly organised Work across different areas of the business to achieve company objectives
