Job Title: Corporate Compliance Paralegal.
Salary: £28,000.
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire & Leeds, West Yorkshire.

CRA Consulting is working exclusively with a top-tier international firm to recruit a Corporate & Commercial Paralegal. Whether you're an experienced paralegal or a recent law graduate with top academic credentials, this role offers exposure to high-profile clients, complex transactions, and real development potential from day one.

You won't be stuck doing the basics. From the start, you'll be a core part of the legal team - supporting major corporate matters, drafting documents, and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders across borders.
You'll gain hands-on experience in areas like:

  Corporate transactions

  Shareholder and equity schemes

  Commercial contracts
• 
  Research and regulatory compliance

• 
  Supporting lawyers on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters
• 
  Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and transaction reports
• 
  Conducting legal and commercial research
• 
  Assisting with share schemes, cap table updates, and client advisory
• 
  Liaising with clients and international stakeholders
• 
  Maintaining legal files, tracking deadlines, and recording billable hours
• 
  Helping to keep complex matters on track from start to finish

• 
  A First-Class LLB (essential), ideally from a red brick or Russell Group university
• 
  Strong communication and writing skills
• 
  Impeccable attention to detail and a highly organised approach
• 
  Enthusiasm for corporate/commercial law, especially areas involving equity and tax
• 
  Previous legal work experience is a plus but not essential
• 
  A proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
