My client, a leading UK law firm with a strong Scottish presence, is looking to expand its regulatory team with the hire of a solicitor to work on a broad range of corporate crime, health & safety, and general regulatory cases.

The work is varied and fast-paced — advising major clients on regulatory compliance, defending prosecutions brought by bodies like the HSE and SEPA, and representing clients in fatal accident inquiries and other high-stakes investigations. You’ll be advising across sectors such as energy, construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing.
