· B.S. in biotechnology or life sciences related discipline required. PhD or advanced degrees preferred. · Multi\-year life sciences tools BD&Lï¼ M&A, banking or startup experiences · Exposure to financial modeling preferred though not required · Fundamental understanding of drug discovery and development process · Exceptional analytical, problem\-solving, and project management skills · Ability to work independently and handle pressure · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Passion to positively promote and drive success on company initiatives · Deep understanding of the local innovation ecosystem |
