Corporate Finance / Banking Solicitor

A Central London-based firm is looking for a technically excellent Corporate Finance / Banking Solicitor to join their expanding transactional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance-focused lawyer with 5-10 years' PQE to take a leading role in a high-performing department, advising on complex lending and finance arrangements across a varied client base.

The firm offers a platform for ambitious individuals looking to step out of rigid hierarchies and into a role that combines high-quality work, strategic input, and long-term progression.

You'll act on behalf of lenders and borrowers across a wide range of finance matters, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, corporate lending, refinancing, and debt restructures.

You will also collaborate with the corporate and real estate teams on multi-disciplinary deals, including private equity and development finance transactions. There will be direct client contact from the outset and the chance to play a key role in building the banking and finance profile of the firm.

• 5-10 years' PQE with a solid background in corporate finance or banking law
• Experience acting for both lenders and borrowers, ideally in secured lending
• Strong commercial acumen and client-facing skills
• Keen to take on responsibility and contribute to business development
• Confident operating with limited supervision, yet a strong team player

• Salary: £95,000 - £120,000
