Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial due diligence reports, business valuations, and transaction support
• Support senior managers and partners with client engagements, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial advice
• Prepare financial models to assist with mergers and acquisitions, debt advisory, and restructuring projects
• Conduct industry and market research to support corporate finance transactions
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide tailored financial solutions
• Support with marketing for the team and projects

What You'll Need:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• A strong understanding of financial accounting and a desire to forge a career within corporate finance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and explain financial concepts clearly
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• A strong team player with a proactive attitude
